Q: I'm looking for an article on your website that I know ran in True West, so why can't I find it?
A: Our online articles largely start from 2007 and forward. We do have a few articles available that were published before that year, so you may luck out on your search. We have made a commitment to our readers to archive all of our current material, and we are actively looking for sponsors to help us make our earlier content also available online.
Q: How can I obtain back issues of True West?
A: If the issues are still available you can purchase 2000-current by visiting our online store or by calling 888-687-1881. If you are looking for an issue prior to 2000, please contact Larry Walker at 541-536-5227.
Q: Does Bob Boze Bell actually work in the Cave Creek office?
A: Yes, he is here every day, working on one of his many deadlines.
Q: I really like Bob Boze Bell's artwork. Does he sell it and if so, how can I find out what's for sale and the price?
Q: I'm in charge of coordinating special events that are Western related. Do you sponsor such events with free magazines and subscriptions?
Q: I tried to contact someone at True West and never got a response. What shoud I do?
A: We've learned that we cannot rely on one method of communication. Emails get lost in spam, packages don't arrive and phone messages don't reach their intended destination. If you tried contacting us and you have not heard back, please don't give up--try another method. We always appreciate hearing from all of you.
Q: What hours are you open?
A: We are open for business Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pm Arizona time. We are closed on all major holidays.
Q: I need to mail something to you. What address should I use?
A: If you are sending something via USPS, please use PO Box 8008, Cave Creek, AZ 85327. If you are using UPS or FedEx, please use 6702 E. Cave Creek Rd. #5, Cave Creek, AZ 85331.
Q: I'm looking for a previously published story. Is there an index to help me find the story?
A: At this time, we do not have an index available to find previously published stories.
Q: Do you have a newsletter?
A: Yes, we have an online newsletter. You can sign up for it here.
Q: What kind of things does your newsletter cover?
A: Our newsletter is made up mostly of special offers on our True West merchandise. From time to time Bob Boze Bell will send out a personal note. Other things that are included are occasional trivia questions and prize giveaways.
Q: I signed up for the True West newsletter and now my email address has changed. How can I correct this so I can continue to receive the newsletter?
A: We use a permission based mass email program. Because of this, we are not able to edit your email address on our end. You will need to visit our newsletter page, submit your new email address and then answer the confirmation email that is sent to you.
Q: I've signed up for the True West newsletter and would like to cancel it. How do I do that?
A: Please click on the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the most recent newsletter you have received.
Q: I've placed an order through the True West online store and need to check the status of the order. What do I do?

A: Yes. To be billed for a subscription, please contact us at 888-687-1881.
Q: Why did I receive another bill or a renewal notice when I have already paid for my subscription?
Q: I changed my address already. Why are my magazines still being sent to my old address?
A: When you contact us to change your address, your request is processed immediately. Since magazine mailing labels are prepared in advance, the new address may not take effect for one to two issues. In the meantime, contact your local post office so it can forward mail from your original location to your new one.
Q: Your subscription card has a California address, but I thought your office was in Arizona. Am I right?
A: Yes, our headquarters are located in Cave Creek, AZ. Our subscription fulfillment house is in California.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
Q: I received my issue and it was damaged. What do I do?
A: Call us at 888-687-1881 and we will send you a replacement copy. Claims for all damaged issues must be filed within 90 days of the issue date. Otherwise, you can purchase a copy of the issue that was damaged at the cover price plus shipping.
Q: I didn't receive my issue this month? What do I do?
A: Call us at 888-687-1881 and we will send you the copy you missed. Claims for missed issues must be filed within 90 days of the issue date. Otherwise, you can purchase a copy of the issue you missed at the cover price plus shipping.
If the post office alerts us that your magazine is undelierable, we have no further obligation unless we receive a corrected address within two years.
